The following are subordinated to the Institute as independent statutory subjects with the rights of a legal entity:

• State Enterprise «Experimental Farm «Tairovske» (Odessa region, Ovidiopol district, town of Tairov);
• State Enterprise «O.V. Suvorov Experimental Farm» (Odessa region, Bolgrad district, the village of Oksamytne).
