November 9, 2021 in the NSC “IViV them. V.Ye. Tairov “International Tairov readings” Grapes and wine: the organization of the scientific process and the practical implementation of its results “, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of scientist-winemaker Boris Alexandrovich Filippov.
This year the reading was conducted in a mixed (face-to-face and online) format in compliance with all anti-epidemiological requirements.
During the event, the participants of the readings were greeted by: Director of the Institute, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Kovaleva Irina Anatoliyivna, Academician of NAAS of Ukraine Vlasov Vyacheslav Vsevolodovych and Malenkikh Lyubov Borysivna (daughter of Filippova BO). The reports and memoirs contained many interesting and warm stories about the scientific and organizational work and life of Filippov Borys Oleksandrovych, who headed the Ukrainian Research Institute of Viticulture and Enology named after V.Ye. Tairov from 1977 to 1986.
The scientific reports of the Tairov readings concerned topical and problematic issues in the field of viticulture and winemaking. Of particular interest was the report of the Deputy Director of the NSC “IViV them. V.Ye. Tairova “, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Mulyukina Nina Anatoliyivna” System of quality control of wine products in the Republic of Moldova “, based on the results of a business trip abroad – exchange of experience in the Republic of Moldova.
It was a great pleasure to communicate with regular participants of the readings – colleagues, friends from the State Agrarian University of Moldova, Doctor of Technical Sciences Vakarchuk Liviu Timofeevich and graduate student of the University Gris I., who made a report “Tracking the risks of HACCP to improve the quality of raisins.”
Report of the head of the section of clone selection and biochemistry of grapes of the department of selection, genetics and ampelography of NSC “IViV them. V.Ye.
